Connect – the communication disability network is a national charity. Our vision is a world where people living with aphasia and communication disability find opportunity and fulfilment.

We work with people with aphasia to promote effective services, new opportunities and a better quality of life for those who live with aphasia.

We achieve this through

• producing publications and resources by and for people living with aphasia
• providing training, resources and consultancy to decision-makers and front-line providers in health, social care and other organisations
• piloting and evaluating innovative, effective services
• undertaking practical research
• seizing opportunities to influence policy and decision makers
